Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges for regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges may be made for other merchandise or store credit. Additionally, items purchased online may be eligible for a refund (minus shipping fee).
At the time of unpacking, we suggest to take a picture of the mishandling to ensure return or exchange in case of any damages caused during transit
To be approved for a refund, you must contact us at info@astraseven.com within 24 hours of delivery.
International customers must cover shipping expenses in order to return their products to the US. Shipping only available free in US, UK ($20) only no shipping to other parts of the world
Your return must be shipped back to us, in unworn, pristine condition and in the original packaging, using the provided shipping label within 48 hours of approval.
AstraSeven will ship the replacement piece (due to damage) to the country of destination, cost-free.
Returns for exchanges will be charged a shipping fee
Items under final sale or clearance being Women, Men or others may not be returned or exchanged.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received.
Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%, if the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement.
