What is your return policy?
Returns within India are accepted if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Products can be returned for store credit. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place and along with all packaging materials.

What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?
Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to customerservice@essay.com if you need assistance with this.
How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your purchase, please go to “My Orders” under “My account” and start the return process by clicking on return under the product.
I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please go to “My Orders” under “My account” and start the exchange process by clicking on exchange under the product, subject to availability of the desired size and color.
What if I receive a damaged item?
